Visual Arts will automatically change the wall paper on the Home Screen randomly or cycle from a picture folder.

You can assign a timer interval to change the picture from 5 seconds to 6 hours or set a time during the day to change and repeat everyday.

Optionally you can tell Visual Arts to change the wall paper whenever you turn on the Storm.  You can also set pictures for Low and Good battery conditions.  This is a good way to tell if the battery is low.

New in version 1.1 allows you to use your Storm as a Digital Picture Frame where Visual Arts will continue to change the wallpaper until you turn off Digital Picture Frame.  Visual Arts will not turn off the LCD screen.  This feature will use more battery.
